Our UX Process
1. Research
Evidence-based design processing starts with research that is focused on the identification of user needs. This real-world contextual information allows the design of user-centered products.
2. Product Definition
Leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research the product definition is used to create an actionable definition of the user, their goals and needs.
3. Ideate
Ideation is the processes of exploring multiple ideas and then through analysis, usually in a team, a direction to persue one idea is generated and decided on. Desgners return to this proccess of ideation a number of times through the full design journey.
4. Prototype
Designers will use a combination of prototypes and prototypes to test and explore the functions, ideas, and flows of digital products to validate them before building out expensive tech
5. Test
Designers will use a combination of prototypes and pretotypes to test and explore the functions, ideas, and flows of digital products to validate them before building out expensive tech.
6. Implement
The implementation starts to bridge the journey into development. Our design and developer teams work closely across the whole process and so the move into developing a digital product is effortless.

Design thinking is an iterative approach to problem-solving which is not linear and always evolving. This allows us to mitigate risks and make decisions based on feedback and data to solve problems that fit user needs and business needs.
Accessibility refers to the ability of those with disabilities to be able to access information and with the same ease of use as those without disabilities. Generally, Accessibility falls into three typical types of requirements; technical, functional, and support. Our team at MethodData designs digital products and experiences with all users in mind and bakes accessibility in from the start.
We build with Section 508, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and Americans with Disabilities (ADA) accessibility standards in mind so that our tech reaches ALL of your users.
Our UX Analysis process starts with the collection and evaluation of data and information. We use a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to understand the underlying issues of a website or digital product. This is in the form of interviews with clients, stakeholders, and, where possible, users. We also use any and all analytics that we have available to us. Using analysis alongside research, our teams are able to help drill into the real problems that digital products are facing in order to help define real solutions and goals before ideating solutions.
